Refund Policy

1. Digital Consumption
Ghost-Tester provides non-tangible digital goods (Security Credits and Subscription Access). Once a scan is performed or a report is generated, the associated credits are considered "consumed" and are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are only provided if the Service was not accessed and no credits were consumed within the first 7 days of the billing period.
3. Technical Failures
In the event of a documented technical failure of our engine (where a scan fails to execute due to our internal infrastructure), we will provide a 100% credit refund to your account for that specific scan.
