1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ghost-Tester ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.
2. Authorized Use Only
You may only use Ghost-Tester on systems and applications for which you have explicit, written authorization to perform security testing. Unauthorized use against third-party assets is a violation of US law and will result in immediate account termination.
3. AI-Generated Patches
Ghost-Tester provides AI-generated "Safety Patches" and code snippets. These are provided for reference and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for testing and validating these patches in a staging environment before production deployment. Ghost-Tester Inc. holds no liability for system failures or data loss resulting from AI-generated code.
4. Credits and Billing
All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Credits (CR) are non-transferable and expire based on your subscription tier rules. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior to the billing date.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. For support, contact mirablecolin@gmail.com.
